Our dedicated homes team are committed to providing developments that have been carefully designed, with a high standard of specification and quality fittings.

With increasing concerns for issues regarding the environment in our industry we are working towards achieving high ratings in the new Code for Sustainable Homes.

The code has only recently been introduced as a voluntary national standard to improve the sustainability of new homes and this involves the design and construction of homes to be built to higher environmental standards.
